We are happy to let you exchange items you have purchased from us as long as the items you are returning meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy. Simply send a note back with your returned items requesting them to be exchanged. Be careful to clearly give the name and size of the item you wish to receive as an exchange. We cannot guarantee that your requested item will be available at the time we process your exchange. If we are unable to complete your exchange we will refund your return in accordance with our returns policy. If the returned item is of greater value to that which it is exchanged for, we will refund the difference. If the returned item is of less value to that which it is exchanged for, we will phone you to arrange payment of the difference. We will cover the postage cost of sending you the first exchange, you will be responsible for all returns postage costs and the delivery of any exchanges other than the first exchange.

We always hope you will be delighted with purchases made from the dizzedplus website, if you are not completely satisfied you must return your goods within 7 days of
receipt of order.
The following conditions must also be met :- The products must be returned in identical condition to that which they were received.
All tags attached to the product must be in original condition and must not have been removed at any time.
The product must be wrapped in the same manner as it was received in.
The products may be tried on to check the size and style but must not be worn for any extended period of time.
You are the purchaser of the product(s). We strongly recommend that you use a registered postage service with appropriate insurance to return the items. If we do not receive your returned items you will be liable for the cost of the items. Please send your parcel securely wrapped to the address on your invoice. Once we have received your returned products and have accepted that they meet our returns conditions we will refund the cost of the items using the payment method and account used to purchase the products within 30 days of receiving the returned items. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the products to us unless the return is due to an error on our part.
